Average set up costs starting from R 1,100,000.00 excl. vat for PIZZA PERFECT ONLY and R 1,350,000.00 excl. vat for PIZZA PERFECT WITH CHICKEN/BURGER OFFERING (depending on extent of works to be undertaken and size of tenancy). Financing: minimum 50% of set up costs in unencumbered capital with balance financed through financial institution in form of a loan or a lease on movable assets.

The set up costs will vary depending from site to site, on the size of the outlet, the product combination, the extent of the building works required to set up the outlet, costs and market conditions. The costs reflected are thus a ball park figure and not a guaranteed amount.

These estimates are based on a 90 square meter take out unit (6m wide x 15m deep). (*NB! Depending on the scope of work to be undertaken & size of tenancy – Each Region/Province will change)

The above excludes:
– Deposits for rental
– Legal fees
– Stamp duties
– On training costs (food, uniforms, transport, salaries).
– Opening stock
